Shipping Policy

2. Shipping Time:

Delivery time ranges from 4-10 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.
3. Shipping Charges:

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,999.

A flat shipping fee of ₹99 may apply for orders below this amount.

COD orders may incur an additional fee, displayed at checkout.
4. Delays & Exceptions:
While we strive to meet our timelines, unforeseen delays (weather, holidays, or logistics issues) may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Return Window:
You can return a product within 7 days of delivery, provided it meets our return conditions.
2. Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Items such as custom or made-to-order products may not be returnable unless defective.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days by emailing support@decmozo.com with your order number and reason for return.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product Received:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@decmozo.com with clear photos and a description. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
5. Refunds:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

For COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
6. Return Shipping:

In most eligible cases, we will arrange a free reverse pickup.

If your pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you may need to ship the item to us manually, and we’ll reimburse standard courier charges upon valid proof.
